We are committed to helping families thrive—not just survive

We understand the daily struggles. Integrative Personalised Nutrition's approach is to help you find the root causes of your child's challenges. Focusing on these key areas:

Our healthy brain, happy child approach

At Integrative Personalised Nutrition, our approach is guided by the core belief that every child can achieve a 'Healthy Brain, Happy Child.' This philosophy underpins everything we do, helping parents and caregivers find the root causes of their child's challenges, empowering them with practical, science-backed insights, and transforming overwhelm into confidence and clarity.

Personalised Nutrition

We firmly believe there's no 'one-size-fits-all' solution when it comes to your child's health. Our approach recognises that every child is unique, with their own specific body, genetics, and environmental factors influencing their nutritional needs. This bio-individual understanding is central to creating truly effective and sustainable plans for your child's well-being.

Gut-Brain Axis Connection

Growing research consistently highlights the profound link between gut health and brain function, especially relevant for neurodevelopmental conditions like ASD and ADHD. An imbalanced gut can significantly impact mood, cognition, and behaviour.

Our approach considers this vital connection, focusing on supporting a healthy gut ecosystem. By nurturing the gut through a holistic lens, we aim to positively influence brain function and contribute to your child's overall well-being, paving the way for a truly healthy brain and a happy child.

Mindset

Symptom reductions extends beyond physical interventions to include the profound influence of thoughts, emotions, and mindset on biology. Research shows that our internal state directly shapes physical health and neuroplasticity. For parents, cultivating a calm, regulated mindset at home creates a healing environment for their child’s nervous system, impacting resilience, mood, and overall well-being.

FAQs

Personalised Nutrition, or 'bio-individual,' means we tailor dietary plans specifically to your child's unique genetics, biology, and lifestyle. This is crucial because every child with ASD or ADHD has different needs and sensitivities. A 'one-size-fits-all' approach rarely works, so we create a plan that truly resonates with your child for optimal effectiveness.

There's a powerful connection between the gut and the brain, called the 'gut-brain axis.' An imbalanced gut microbiome can influence mood, focus, behaviour, and even sleep. By healing the gut through targeted nutrition, we can positively impact brain function and help alleviate some common symptoms associated with ASD and ADHD.

IPN does not offer a cure for ASD or ADHD. Instead, our focus is on symptom reduction, enhancing overall well-being, and supporting your child's natural development. By addressing root causes through nutrition and holistic practices, we aim to improve their quality of life, focus, sleep, and emotional regulation, helping them thrive.

Absolutely. We understand that picky eating is a common challenge for many parents. Often, children develop picky eating habits between ages one and two as they transition to solids. This can be compounded when children become accustomed to processed foods, leading to an imbalance in gut microbes that can drive cravings and contribute to mood swings or meltdowns. It's not your child's fault; it's an acquired taste that can be changed.

Our personalised nutrition approach helps by understanding your child's unique needs and gradually introducing healthy foods with patience and persistence. We guide you in creating a supportive home environment where healthy options become the norm, helping to rebalance their gut and shift their preferences over time. Remember, health is a journey, not a sprint, and lasting change takes consistent effort and understanding.
